Summer 2011 Waiver & Online Instructions
Instructions for online tournament rostering and waivers have been posted for each tournament in the Member Section / Waivers & Forms. We have not been advised of the online process for every tournament as yet. This site will be updated as we receive new information. Please check back from time to time to be sure that you have completed all necessary forms and online processes for the tournaments in which you are participating. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP RECORDS OF EACH WAIVER AND ONLINE PROCESS YOU COMPLETE.
