Summer Tournament Profiles and Waiver Instructions
Instructions for the various summer 2014 tournaments for profiles and waivers have been posted to the Member Section of this website. Instructions have also been emailed to all families. Waivers are REQUIRED, so please take a few moments to complete the tasks for each tournament for which you registered on the Lax Wiz.
